The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board carries out the DSSSB TGT exam for recruiting Trained Graduate Teachers for various subjects. The DSSSB TGT exam pattern follows the two-tier examination system. Each tier of the examination is divided into two parts – Section A and Section B. Both of the Tiers are very similar with minor changes, that is, the difficulty level of Tier-II exam is slightly higher than Tier I exam. For Section A of both the tiers, candidates have to prepare for multiple choice type questions from the following subjects –
Each subject carries 20 marks. Section B covers the subject concerned for which the candidate has applied for a total of 100 marks. Thus, each tier comprises of 200 marks with a 2-hour time limit. The candidates who pass the first tier are required to appear for the second-tier exam. The second-tier exam is the final exam on the basis of which the TGT selection list is prepared.
